Instructions and Guidelines to Interpret the Result
1. Make sure your sequence does not contain any characters apart from standard single letter amino acid codes.
2. Make sure that the length of the sequence is greater than or equal to 30. As shorter length sequences are considered peptides, it would be insignificant making prediction on sequence less than 30 residues.
3. Only FASTA format is accepted.
4. Job title is optional (Default: Example).
5. Maximum number of sequence input is 500.
6. The numeric values in the result are score assiged based on the probablity values generated by Adaboost classifier. The Dual-Target Score reflects the proability of the query being dual-target or not. In general dual-target score greater than 0.5 are considered dual-target proeins. (see article for detailed explanation).
